No prior knowledge of the subject area is required prior to attending this course.
Preparation
You will be required to complete (and, if necessary, submit) all of the associated preparatory exercises, in accordance with the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority (SRA)’s requirements.
The exercises are based around a Case Study and require some research into several current issues. There is also a Confidentiality Letter and Draft Press Release for you to consider and amend. This work forms a basis to assist in discussion during the course.
Post-Coursework
The post-coursework for this course is completion of a Personal Development Plan.
By completing this exercise, you will reflect on the knowledge acquired from attending this course, and plan and record ongoing learning and development needs; as required by the SRA continuing competence regime.
