After stripping a lease down, putting it back together again and engaging in a number of drafting exercises, you will gain confidence in your drafting skills, as a result of a mixture of having a go yourself, sharing experiences through group discussion and by learning from the experiences of the trainer.
By the end of the day, you should be more confident in advising a landlord and ready to attempt to prepare documentation.
