Ingle Dawson

Ingle designs and delivers management development programmes that facilitate sustainable change through enhanced understanding of organisational politics.

Ingle qualified as a chartered accountant, before becoming a partner in a major international firm.  In addition to advising clients and managing marketing initiatives, he had ongoing involvement in shaping the firm’s UK management development programme, and designing and delivering key courses.

Ingle has over 20 years’ experience in leadership and professional development.  Before joining Kaplan, he spent 7 years as a founding director of a successful change management consultancy, and for the last decade has worked in the field of leadership, change, and personal impact across a range of sectors, but with a continued focus on global businesses.  He works mainly but not exclusively at executive and senior leadership levels.
