Katie is a management and leadership expert, who has worked with a wide-range of organisations to develop and deliver effective leadership and management training and coaching services.
She works closely with clients to scope, design and deliver learning interventions that will benefit their organisation and their people.
Katie also lectures in Business and Management for universities and professional colleges. She tends to teach Business Management and Leadership, but because those are wide subjects, Katie is also comfortable with teaching Strategy, Economics, Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management.
Kate gained a PhD from King’s College London Department of Management, focusing on work practices in the cultural and creative sector. She has had articles published in top ranked journals, including Organisation Studies (2015) and Human Relations (2018). Katie likes to use her research and consultancy experience to help others deal with the quagmire of management and leadership research and practice.
