Know-how boosts competence and confidence
Our client, a UK Top 100 law firm, needed to embed a clear understanding across a range of staff of the growing challenge fraudulent claims pose to insurance companies. A long-standing relationship with this business that had already seen Altior deliver a broad spectrum of other training programmes meant we were a natural fit to undertake this work and develop a course to address the increasing challenge they now faced.
Minimised risk with improved comprehension
Our client, a large international manufacturing company had a number of staff working in ‘quasi-legal’ roles. They wanted to reduce risk by ensuring their staff understood the practical application and implications of the work. The firm needed a tailored solution, specific to the context in which their employees operated on a daily basis. Altior worked with key individuals to develop training that improved knowledge and skill in this area.
Personalised service for individual delegates
A popular high street law firm had taken on a trainee solicitor who was seeking to arrange their Professional Skills Course. The trainee had been poorly advised and had chosen dates that fell within the final few weeks of their training contract. At Altior our primary goal is to help legal professionals reach their career aspirations. Good communication and personalised service ensured the trainee qualified without unnecessary complication.
Up-skilling to accomplish higher level activies
Our client, a specialist overseas agency of the United Nations needed to up-skill its support staff to enable them to operate at a higher level and undertake certain quasi-legal responsibilities.
By establishing the training objectives from the outset we were able to add relevance to the training solution devised and ensure it met with the clients priorities.
