This course is targeted primarily at 2-4 year PQE practitioners who will be at a stage where the development of these people skills is becoming essential to their career progression – adding value to the firm. However, it will also be suitable for more junior staff that are being given earlier responsibility in this area, and more senior staff who are seeking to refresh their people management skills.
The capacity to manage working relationships with people is a key milestone in a professional career.
