Our Trainee Litigation Programme will expose learners, through a variety of activities, to all the contentious practice skills standards stipulated by the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority (SRA) as being a requirement of the period of recognised training.
Audience
This course is designed to offer trainee and junior solicitors first-hand experience of the litigation process.
Our Trainee Litigation Programme will expose trainee solicitors on the LPC route to qualification, through a variety of activities, to all the contentious practice skills standards stipulated by the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority (SRA) as being a requirement of the period of recognised training if they, because of the nature of work conducted by their firm or company, are unable, or unlikely to be able, to carry out a seat in contentious work during their training contract.
The course is also suitable for junior lawyers who qualified via the SQE route and haven’t done a contentious seat, but is interested in litigation or it’s required by their firm.
