Firstly, we hope this finds you, your team and loved ones safe and well – and that continues to be the case as the COVID-19 outbreak evolves.
In light of the ever-changing situation surrounding COVID-19, we wanted to update you on the changes we are making within our business to safeguard the health and wellbeing of you, our team and trainers, whilst continuing to support your business.
In line with the Government and The World Health Organization recommendations we have made the decision to take all of our courses online via our Live Online platform as of Wednesday 18 March. If you have already booked a place on any of our ‘face to face’ courses for either yourself or your team, one of our team will be in touch provide you with all the information needed on Live Online should you not have experienced it before.
We would like to reassure you that, as of this moment, we do not anticipate disruption to our usual levels of service and support. With robust processes in place for business continuity, our team remains fully prepared and committed to maintaining our service levels.
