Personal Injury Claims: Essential Skills

This is a practical and interactive course covering key areas of Personal Injury (PI), including the work of the Compensation Recovery Unit (CRU), the calculation of future losses, the tactical use of Part 36 and Qualified One-Way Costs Shifting (QOCS). 

Delegates will learn knowledge and skills which are essential in running a modern PI practice through a mixture of learning methods, including extensive practical exercises.

Audience

The course is aimed at trainee solicitors, solicitors up to 5 years PQE or anyone new to PI work who would like to develop skills in this area of the law.
