Corporate Insolvency

This course introduces delegates to formal insolvency procedures for companies – i.e. Administrations, Receiverships, Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs) and Liquidations.

The seminar explains the language of insolvency law in a practical context through the use of examples and case studies.  The course also covers key numerical analyses including Statements of Affairs, Deficiency Accounts and Estimated Outcome Statements.
