Jacqui Gardner

 

Profile

Jacqui is a non-practising solicitor and professional skills trainer.  She has experience in both the commercial and not-for-profit sectors, specialising in Employment Law and Litigation.

Jacqui set up and managed pro bono advice services for Leicester Law Centre and Citizens Advice.  She has also served on police misconduct panels and as a Chair for NHS professional standards panels.

Jacqui has over 20 years’ experience as a freelance trainer, designing and delivering bespoke training programmes for a diverse range of business clients.  Her expertise is providing effective training solutions which add value to the workplace.

Alongside the training role, Jacqui is senior lecturer at university teaching Employment Law, Contract and Legal Skills.  In addition, she has taught Legal Skills on the Legal Practice Course (“LPC”) and obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education (“PGCHE”) (distinction).

At BARBRI Altior, Jacqui delivers courses on Client Care, Employment, Litigation,  Negotiation Skills and Professional Standards.
