Janine Collins

Profile

Janine is a non-practising solicitor and law trainer.  She delivers various legal courses, including the Client Care & Professional Standards (“CCPS”) core module on the Professional Skills Course (“PSC”).

Janine trained and worked as a commercial litigator in city law firms.  She then developed the network and conference programme for General Counsel, The CLO Programme.  She also ran her own boutique consultancy, Client Intelligence, carrying out client feedback appraisals for law firms.
